Create a Presentation- Automatically

This will show you how to create a presentation automatically that you want to share with either your team, an existing customer or a potential prospect. Once created, you can share it by sending a link to it, or you can use it in a Live Session meeting.


Here are the steps for creating an automatic Presentation:


1.    Go to the "Presentations" tab

2.    Click on “Create +”

3.    You will be given 2 options:

1.    Create Presentation Manually

2.    Create Presentation Automatically

4.    Select “Create Presentation Automatically”

5.    Click on “Next”

6.    You will be in the Create Presentation page

7.    You will see 3 steps which you need to follow:



Step 1: Select the Catalog from your Brands that you want to present: 

Step 2: Select your sorting option to view products within your selected calatalog. You will see 2 options: By Category, and By product Number

Step 3:This will automatically create your presentation by category of products into scenes based on your sorting selection for the selected catalog



Title: you will also need to create a title for your presentation in this page by entering the information in the “Title” box




8.    Once you have completed all the steps to creating your automatic presentation, you can review it by clicking on “Preview” before finalizing your presentation

9.    If you are satisfied and want to save your presentation, click on “Create” on the bottom right corner of your preview page

10.  This will bring you back to the Presentations page where you will see a copy of all the Presentations you created by name
