How to manage a Live Session meeting
Once you join a Live Session meeting, there are several functions available that you can use to manage your meeting.
1. Go to the "Live Sessions" tab
2. Join the meeting by clicking on the meeting invite
3. Then click on “Join”

4. This will bring you right into your Live Session meeting where you will see the presentation you selected for the meeting.
5. What you will see on your screen:
Top line: all the meeting functions you can use while in the meeting
Show Header: by clicking on this icon, you will see the Headers on top
Share: you can invite others to join once already in a meeting by clicking on the Share icon. You can either invite someone by entering their email address or by copying the meeting link and emailing it to them.
Microphone: used to mute/unmute yourself
Video: used to put your camera on/off
Presentation mode: this will be the default view when joining a meeting where you will see the pictures of the collection
Video Mode: this will show your camera on a larger scale and remove the 3 picture view. You can use this mode when starting the meeting for introductions, and then go back to “Presentation Mode” when ready to present your collection
Chat: this will open the Chat message window where you can send messages within the meeting. These messages will appear as a Broadcast message only and will disappear after a few seconds or when you click on it.
Cart: this will show you the number of products in your Cart. To view the details of those products, click on the Cart icon.
View your cart: this is the location where you will enter the sizing for all the products you selected by store location.
The Main screen will show 3 large pictures of the products you select, with a 6 smaller picture view on the bottom. Use the Right and Left arrows to scroll through all the pictures in the collection you are presenting.
- The right hand side will show you a single Product View for the Product being selected in your large view or smaller 6 picture view.
- Use the Arrows in the picture to show all the angles of the product as well as the video where one is present.
- All the product information will be displayed and you and the Retailer will have the “Add to Cart” option. You can purchase products while in the Live Session meeting.
Live camera: in the bottom left corner of the screen, you will see the camera for the Brand in a Circle shape, and all the meeting invitees in a square shape below the presenter- makes the Live Session meeting very personable and engaging.
