How to Change a Live Session meeting
This will show you how to make a change to a Live Session meeting you already scheduled in your calendar.
1. Go to the "Live Sessions" tab
2. You will automatically be presented with your calendar view for the week you are in
3. You can select any of the calendar views to make a change to your Live Session meeting invite (i.e. month, week, list)
4. You can Reschedule, Edit, or Delete at any time a Live Session meeting by:
1. Clicking on the meeting

2. You will see the Meeting details appear on the right side of your screen where these options will be presented:

5. Reschedule/Edit: when you click on this option, you will be able to edit any of the fields below, and once finished, simply click “Update” to save your changes.

Note: You can exit this window at anytime without saving any of your changes by clicking on “Cancel” which will bring you back to your Calendar screen.
6. Delete: when you click on this option, a pop up window will appear asking you if you are sure you want to delete the Live Session meeting you selected

Click “Yes” ifyou are certain you want to delete this meeting, or click“Cancel”if you made an error and want to keep this meeting in your calendar
