Invite a Retailer

This process will allow you to invite a new Retailer to join your Brand. They will receive an email to fill out their information, sign in to ShowroomX and set up their Retailer's profile information.


1.   Go to the "Retailer Management" tab

2.   The window will open to the view of “Retail Management” window

3.   Go to “Invite Retailers”, type in the name of the retailer contact email address

4.   Then select and click on all the applicable brands you want to assign this retailer to with their respective discount (enter numeric value only)

5.   Then click “ok” when done

6.   The Retailer will receive a Verification email from ShowroomX where they will need to click on “Verify Email”

7.   That will open up a form for the Retailer to fill out:

8.   Once they fill out the form and click on “Agree & Join”, it will bring them to the ShowroomX Sign In page

9.   Then they will be brought directly to set up their Retailer’s Profile Set Up comprised of 4 tabs:

10.  Once all the information is entered, the Retailer is set upon ShowroomX and can access all the brand and collection information you set them under.
