Create Additional Brand Users

1.   Go to the "Brand Login Permissions” tab

  1. This will bring you to the Brand Manager List view where you can see the summary of all the users that have a Brand permission and their access status
  2. To add a Brand user, click on “Add Brand Manager”, this will open up the following window which you will need to fill out:


Enter the first and last name of the user, their email address and then you will have to select certain permission access for the following fields:


  • Analytics Access: select access permission to see or not see the Analytics tab for Brands, Retailers and Sales People
  • User Type: select if you want the user to be a Brand Administrator or Brand User- the difference is that the Brand Administrator will have access to make changes to the Company profile in the Dashboard tab, and access to the Settings tab which a Brand User won't have
  • User Status: use when you want to enable or disable a user to have access to ShowroomX without deleting their profile system

Note: you can delete a user by clicking on the “Delete” icon in the Brand Manager List view next to their name under the “Actions” column. This will remove the user completely from the system under your Brand.

Note: you can make changes to these 3 permission levels at any time by clicking on the “Edit” icon in the Brand Manager List view next to the user name under the “Actions” columns. It will open the Add Brand Manager window where changes can be made, and saved clicking on “Update User” icon.
